Is there a grocery store nearby?

Yes, there is a small grocery store just around the corner, but also a large grocery store inside Aker Brygge.

Where do I throw rubbish?

In the backyard we have a separate garbage room that our guests can use. Be sure to sort the rubbish.

I forgot something in the apartment.

Contact us at post@hotelfilip.no and enter the information we need to find it. We will let you know as soon as possible, whether the forgotten item is found or not. If we find it, we can send it for a fee, or you can pick it up from us at Munkedamsveien 65 at an agreed time.

Do we need to clean the apartment before check out? No, cleaning of the apartment is included in the rent, but leave the apartment tidy and bring rubbish out. The only thing you need to do is make sure that you have brought personal belongings (clothes, food, toiletries, etc.) and have thrown away all rubbish. We appreciate if you fill and start the dishwasher before you leave the apartment.

Can you bring pets?

Do you offer smoking rooms?

No, it is forbidden to smoke in all our apartments. We add a fee of 5000 kroner if it is smoked in one of our apartments.

Is there an elevator in the building?

Yes, we have an elevator in the building.

Do you offer rooms for the disabled?

Many of our rooms are wheelchair accessible. If you are dependent on a wheelchair, contact us in advance and we will help you find a suitable room.

Where are the hotel located?

The hotel is located in Munkedamsveien 65, a stone's throw from Tjuvholmen. There are good bus connections right outside the hotel to large parts of the city.

What is included in the stay?

All rooms are equipped with bed linen and towels, hairdryer, soap, toilet paper and coffee machine. 23 of the rooms have kitchens with all kitchen utensils. In the basement, all guests have free access to the laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing board. There is also a fitness room and sauna in the basement to which our guests have free access. You can enter with app or personal code.

Do you have a reception?

No, we have no reception but we are available on weekdays between 09:00 and 15:00. Or feel free to call us on +47 482 13 000 if you have any questions.

Do you have parking spaces?

Unfortunately we have no parking spaces available for our guests. It is possible to park in the roads in the area. On Tjuvholmen across the street there is a large parking garage.

Do you offer laundry services?

We have a laundry room in the basement.

Do you offer breakfast?
