The total amount of the stay must be paid in advance at time of booking.

CANCEL POLICY

The reservation cannot be cancelled and is not refundable.

Cancel no later than 6PM local time the day before of arrival, to avoid penalty charge equal to one night's stay. Valid credit card required to guarantee the reservation.

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before 18:00 CET on the day of check-in are charged no fee.

Travellers who cancel 24 hours or more before 18:00 CET on the day of check-in are charged no fee.

Travellers who cancel less than 24 hours before 18:00 CET on the day of check-in (including no-shows) are charged 1 night plus tax.
